RentMate ("we") collects and processes the personal data you provide to operate rental, leasing, billing, and marketplace services. This placeholder describes, at a high level, how that data is handled.

What we collect

Account details (name, email, phone), lease and billing records, maintenance requests, messages, and marketplace inquiries/bookings you create.

How you can control your data

You can download a copy of your personal data and request account deletion from your account settings. Because RentMate holds financial and lease records, some data is retained for the period required by Philippine law even after a deletion request.
